Use of Google User Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Google user data we access is used for the following purposes:

  • Authentication: We use your Google account to securely authenticate you into the application.
  • Account Creation & Profile: We use your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and populate your user profile within our application. This saves you time and ensures your basic information is accurate.

We store this basic profile information (User ID, name, email, photo URL) in our secure Firebase database to manage your account. We do not share your Google user data with any third parties, except as required to provide the service (e.g., with our cloud provider, Google Firebase) or as required by law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

  • With Other Users: Your profile information and gig details are shared with other participants of a gig you are involved in to facilitate collaboration.
  • With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors that help us operate our platform, such as cloud hosting providers (Firebase) and payment processors.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

All data is transmitted over secure SSL/TLS connections, and sensitive information like payment details is handled with the utmost care.
