• Data Mining: Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Sorted. servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.

2. Content Standards

Any content you upload, share, or create on Sorted. (including gig descriptions, messages, and profile information) must not:

• Contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Promote or contain sexually explicit material.
• Promote violence or illegal acts.
• Violate the privacy of any third party.

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and take appropriate action in our sole discretion against anyone who violates this AUP. Such action may include, without limitation:

• Removing the offending content from the platform.
• Suspending or permanently terminating your account.
• Reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
