Welcome to Sorted. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using our platform. By accessing or using Sorted., you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use Sorted. to engage in any of the following activities:
- Illegal Activities: Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and the promotion of illegal services.
- Harassment and Harmful Conduct: Engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threatening behavior towards other users. This includes posting content that is defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, sharing, or using content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
- Spam and Unsolicited Communication: Sending unsolicited messages, promotions, or advertisements to other users without their consent.
- Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Service Disruption: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Sorted. platform, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing viruses or malware, or launching denial-of-service attacks.
- Data Mining: Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the service in a manner that sends more request messages to the Sorted. servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional web browser.
2. Content Standards
Any content you upload, share, or create on Sorted. (including gig descriptions, messages, and profile information) must not:
- Contain false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Promote or contain sexually explicit material.
- Promote violence or illegal acts.
- Violate the privacy of any third party.
3. Enforcement
We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to investigate and take appropriate action in our sole discretion against anyone who violates this AUP. Such action may include, without limitation:
- Removing the offending content from the platform.
- Suspending or permanently terminating your account.
- Reporting you to law enforcement authorities.
4. Reporting Violations
